Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - Vanilla Dannon 000 Greek Yogurt mixed with an apple, cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and a small side salad with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the THM Cookbook. I'm making a double batch of the soup and will have the leftovers tomorrow.
S - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***I'm using Dreamfield's pasta

Tuesday:
B - Reese Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - leftover Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S)
S - cheese stick and a handful of almonds with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - (3) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)
S - an apple with 1 t. of peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (E)
D - Paprika Chicken served over zucchini noodles with steamed broccoli on the side and water to drink (S) ***Use this gadget to make your zucchini noodles.

Thursday:
B - Vanilla Dannon 000 Greek Yogurt mixed with an apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Paprika Chicken and steamed broccoli with water to drink (S)
S - cheese stick and handful of almonds with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Zesty Salsa Chicken and Black Bean Casserole with water to drink (E)

Friday:
B - Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie (E)
L - Large salad topped with (2) hard boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - an apple with 1 t. of peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (E)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Bai5 Bubbles Jamaican Blood Orange to drink (S) pg. 327 in the original THM book

Saturday:
B - (3) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - out
S - (2) Light Rye Wasa Crackers with wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Egg Roll in a Bowl with water to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - Snickers Hot Chocolate (S)
L - Grilled chicken breasts served over brown rice with green beans and peas on the side with water to drink (E)
S - (2) Light Rye Wasa Crackers with wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D  - Appetizer night at our small group, I will be making this Buffalo Chicken Dip

D - Slow Cooker Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)

Tuesday:
B - Refreshing Fruity Shake (E)
L - leftover Slow Cooker Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)
S - (2) Lite Rye Wasa Crackers with wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce served over Dreamfield's pasta with a small side salad and Ranch dressing and water to drink (S)

Wednesday:
B - (3) scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese and (2) pieces of bacon with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)

S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 381 in the NEW THM Cookbook
D - No Tortilla Enchilada Bake served with lettuce and sour cream on the side with water to drink (S) ***Use this enchilada sauce (or a store bought one without added sugar) in place of the one in the original recipe

Thursday:
B - Berry Lemon Shake (FP)
L - leftover No Tortilla Enchilada Bake served with lettuce and sour cream on the side with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Rich & Tender Stew with water to drink (S) pg. 38 in the NEW THM Cookbook ***This makes A LOT, so if you have a smaller family and/or don't want leftovers, cut it in half.

Friday:
B - Vanilla Dannon 000 Greek Yogurt mixed with a diced apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Rich & Tender Stew with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and Bai Costa Rica Clementine to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM Book

Saturday:
B - (3) scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese and (2) pieces of bacon with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Rich & Tender Stew with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - out to eat

Sunday:

D - Mexican food night at Small Group at church, I'm bringing Spanish Brown Rice and will make a taco salad to eat while there

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) Mufflets on are pg. 237 in the NEW THM cookbook and the Winter Wonderland Sip is on pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook. **This recipe will serve my family of 6 for two breakfasts.
L - Quinoa Salad with a can of black beans added in with water to drink (E) pg. 232 in the NEW THM cookbook. **I'm making half the recipe and this will feed me for 3 meals.
S - Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Crock Pot Barbacoa Beef over lettuce and topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese and on-plan salsa with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***I'm freezing the leftovers to use on a night that I need a quick meal.

Tuesday:
B - (2) leftover Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Zesty Chicken and Black Bean Casserole with Cider Pop to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce over zucchini noodles and a small side salad dressed with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) You can make zucchini noodles using this gadget, or one similar. **Only my husband and I will be eating zucchini noodles. My kids will be eating regular spaghetti noodles. Regular spaghetti noodles are NOT included on the shopping list.

Thursday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook and pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Copycat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***omit the pasta or use Dreamfield's and use only 1 T. of oil

Friday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with water to drink (E) 
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and Mountain Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) leftover Pumpkin Muffins with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup with water to drink (E) ***I'm using brown rice in the recipe. This is enough to feed my family of 6.
S - celery and peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - dinner at a friend's house; I'm responsible for bringing a large salad

Sunday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with a Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (E)
L - Sandwich wrap made with a low-carb tortilla, deli ham, cheddar cheese, mustard, mayo, lettuce and onion with fresh veggies and strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - celery and peanut butter with water to drink (S)
D - Cabb & Saus skillet with water to drink (S) pg. 58 in the NEW THM Cookbook

D - Slow Cooker Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)

Friday:

L - leftover Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)
S - handful of almonds and 1 oz. cheddar cheese with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole and fresh veggies on the side with Grape Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter with strawberries on the side with water to drink (S)
L - (3) Ham and Lettuce Wraps with fresh veggies on the side - deli ham wrapped in a Romaine lettuce leaf with mustard, mayo and onion inside with water to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) ***I'm making a double batch of this and will eat the rest tomorrow for snack.
D - Grilled cheeseburgers with roasted vegetables and green beans with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - Refreshing Fruity Shake (E)
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
