Meal Plans

  1. Thank you so much. I'm trying to get back on plan. I am taking your meal plan and may very well not use the suppers - I tend to eat the meat and veggie from the family supper and not the carbs to make it easy on myself. But with that, I should be able to use some of the suppers for lunches for all of us. I almost think the 2 weeks I'm printing off will take care of the whole month!

    1. All breakfasts, lunches and snacks are portioned for one unless otherwise noted. All dinners are portioned for six.

    1. I don't like oatmeal (I wish I did), so thats why you haven't found one on my site. ahomewithpurpose.com has some great oatmeal recipes.

  6. I just found your site. I can't say thank you enough. We're starting our new life style change tomorrow in our house. I'm so excited for THM but scared too.Finding your site eased my feeling of over whelming so much. THANK YOU!

  7. Thanks so much for what you do here!! I'm excited to look these over and start printing and shopping! Meal planning has been the hardest part of THM for me. So when things get really busy that's when I struggle to stick with it.
Another big thing for me is...how do you have time to get three meals and one or two snacks in every day? Could you break down for me what time you generally eat each meal and snack. I feel like I end most days on THM feeling defeated because even though I ate on plan, I know that there were times that I went more than four hours between meals and I "ruined it" anyway.

    1. I'm a stay at home mom so that does help because food is available whenever, which can be a problem too. 😉 I eat at 8a, 11:30a, 2:30p and 6pm. If I'm still hungry after dinner always drink water forst, then if I am still hungry then I grab a small handful of nuts.
