Meal Plan Monday: 10/31-11/6/16

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) Mufflets on are pg. 237 in the NEW THM cookbook and the Winter Wonderland Sip is on pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook. **This recipe will serve my family of 6 for two breakfasts.
L - Quinoa Salad with a can of black beans added in with water to drink (E) pg. 232 in the NEW THM cookbook. **I'm making half the recipe and this will feed me for 3 meals.
S - Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Crock Pot Barbacoa Beef over lettuce and topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese and on-plan salsa with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***I'm freezing the leftovers to use on a night that I need a quick meal.

Tuesday:
B - (2) leftover Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Zesty Chicken and Black Bean Casserole with Cider Pop to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce over zucchini noodles and a small side salad dressed with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) You can make zucchini noodles using this gadget, or one similar. **Only my husband and I will be eating zucchini noodles. My kids will be eating regular spaghetti noodles. Regular spaghetti noodles are NOT included on the shopping list.

Thursday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook and pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Copycat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***omit the pasta or use Dreamfield's and use only 1 T. of oil

Friday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with water to drink (E) 
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and Mountain Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) leftover Pumpkin Muffins with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup with water to drink (E) ***I'm using brown rice in the recipe. This is enough to feed my family of 6.
S - celery and peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - dinner at a friend's house; I'm responsible for bringing a large salad

Sunday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with a Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (E)
L - Sandwich wrap made with a low-carb tortilla, deli ham, cheddar cheese, mustard, mayo, lettuce and onion with fresh veggies and strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - celery and peanut butter with water to drink (S)
D - Cabb & Saus skillet with water to drink (S) pg. 58 in the NEW THM Cookbook

S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 381 in the THM Cookbook
D - Taco Salad - ground beef taco meat on top of lettuce with cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa with water to drink (S)

Tuesday:
B - Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and small side salad with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the THM Cookbook
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Southwest Chicken in the Crockpot with water to drink (E) ***I'm cutting the recipe in half.

Wedneday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Southwest Chicken in the Crockpot with water to drink (E)
S - (3) leftover Pay off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry over brown rice with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Dannon Oikos 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with a diced apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - (3) Ham and Lettuce Wraps with fresh veggies on the side - deli ham wrapped in a Romaine lettuce leaf with mustard, mayo and onion inside with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Slow Cooker Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)

Friday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Chicken and Quinoa Chili with water to drink (E)
S - handful of almonds and 1 oz. cheddar cheese with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole and fresh veggies on the side with Grape Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter with strawberries on the side with water to drink (S)
L - (3) Ham and Lettuce Wraps with fresh veggies on the side - deli ham wrapped in a Romaine lettuce leaf with mustard, mayo and onion inside with water to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) ***I'm making a double batch of this and will eat the rest tomorrow for snack.
D - Grilled cheeseburgers with roasted vegetables and green beans with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - Refreshing Fruity Shake (E)
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip (FP)
D - Hearty Two Bean & Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)

B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with a diced apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - Ham Wrap - Deli ham (I like Never Any! brand from Aldi, or Hormel Naturals) wrapped in a low carb tortilla with mustard, mayo, lettuce and onion with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
D - Quinoa, Kale & White Bean Soup with water to drink (E)

Tuesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter and topped with cheddar cheese with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Quinoa, Kale & White Bean Soup with water to drink (E)
S - Snickers Hot Chocolate with strawberries on the side (S)
D - Taco Salad - ground beef taco meat on top of lettuce and topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and enchilada sauce with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Wednesday:
B - Strawberry Big Boy Smoothie (FP) pg. 414 in the THM Cookbook
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the rest Friday. Just freeze it and then when you're ready to eat it, take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before you'd like to eat it.
D - Slow Cooker Italian Beef & Cabbage with steamed broccoli on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***I'm using frozen broccoli.

Thursday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter and topped with cheddar cheese with strawberries on the side with water to drink (S)
L - leftover Italian Beef & Cabbage (S)
S - celery & peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Crock Pot Spinach Lasagna and a side salad with Ranch with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with a diced apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Spinach Lasagna with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Blue Sky Root Beer to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - Berry Lemon Shake (FP)
L - out
S - 1 oz. cheddar cheese with a small handful of almonds and Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Salad topped with grilled chicken and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter and topped with cheddar cheese with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Ham Wrap - deli ham on a low carb tortilla with mustard, mayo, lettuce and onion with fresh veggies on the side and water to drink (S)
S - celery & peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - small group at church ~ It's Mexican night so I will be making myself a taco salad (S)
