Meal Plan Monday: 6/20-6/26/16

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Salad with hard-boiled egg and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251 in the OLD THM book
D - Taco salad with pico de gallo, sour cream, cheddar cheese with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***Use this recipe for your taco seasoning

Tuesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs and strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Loaded Fotato Soup with strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 117 in the NEW THM cookbook
S - Peanut Butter Whip with water to drink (S) 
D - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce with a small side salad and leftover Ranch dressing (from Monday) with water to drink (S) ***I will be using zucchini noodles as my pasta and the rest of my family will be eating whole wheat pasta. 

Wednesday:
B - Thin Mint Shake (S) 
L - leftover Spaghetti with Meat Sauce with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) *I'm making a double batch of this and will use the other half for snack tomorrow. Just throw it in the freezer and pull it out about 10 minutes before you want to eat it.
D - Dirt-E-Rice with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Swirl with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E) pg. 250 in the OLD THM Book
L - Very Berry Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***When I make this salad I dress each portion individually so that I can eat the leftover the next day. If you dress it and then let it sit overnight in the fridge like that, it will be mushy and gross the next day.
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Grilled steak (my kids will eat hot dogs) with Easy Zucchini Noodles and buttered green beans with Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S) ***I'm making a double batch of the Easy Zucchini Noodles.

Friday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs and strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Very Berry Salad with water to drink (S)
S - Peanut Butter Whip with water to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Cherry Cola Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM Book

Saturday:
B - Raspberry Smoothie with one scrambled egg (S)
L - High Protein Mediterranean Salad with strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***This will feed my whole family and leave enough leftover for me to have for lunch tomorrow. I don't have flax oil so I'm using all olive oil.
S - celery with peanut butter with water to drink (S)
D - Out

Sunday:
B - Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - leftover High Protein Mediterranean Salad with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251 in the OLD THM book
D - "Spanish Rice" Quinoa with black beans on the side served on top of lettuce with water to drink (E)

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend with 2 T. all-natural peanut butter mixed in with water to drink (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM Cookbook
S - 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese with strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Chicken Fajita Salads topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream with water to drink (S) ***This will make enough for me to have leftovers for two lunches.

Tuesday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend mixed with an apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Chicken Fajita Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - celery with 2 T. peanut butter and water to drink (S)
D - White Chicken Lasagna served over zucchini noodles (over whole wheat pasta for my kids) with water to drink (S) ***I'm making this in the crock pot. Very delicious and makes for less heat in the house. To make the zucchini noodles you will need a veggie spiralizer. This is a great spiralizer.

Wednesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Chicken Fajita Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie (E)
D - Slow Cooker Italian Beef & Cabbage and a small side salad with Ranch with water to drink (S)

Thursday:
B - Refreshing Fruity Shake (E)
L - 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with water to drink (E) *I'm going to substitute black beans for the kidney beans and substituting 4 t. of THM Super Sweet Blend for the stevia powder. Also, this makes 8 servings so I will eat it 3 days for lunch and my kids I'm sure will have some too.
S - celery with 2 T. peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Italian White Bean & Spinach Soup with water to drink (E)

Friday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with water to drink (E)
S - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Blue Sky Root Beer to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - Go Bananas Shake! (E)
L - leftover 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with water to drink (E)
S - 1 oz. cheddar cheese with fresh veggies and Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - We will be attending a wedding, so hooray for no cooking!!!!

Sunday:
B - Snickers Hot Chocolate (S) ***I will actually be drinking this cold, but it's great either way.
L - Out
S - string cheese with some deli ham slices with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Cheesy Burger Soup and a side salad with Ranch with water to drink (S)

L - Egg Salad with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***To make the egg salad, I used (2) hard-boiled eggs and mixed it with 1 T. mayo and 1 t. yellow mustard and added a dash of salt and pepper.
S - (3) Pay-Off Day Candies with water to drink (S) pg. 381 in the NEW THM Cookbook
D - Cowboy Grub with water to drink (E) pg. 59 in the NEW THM Cookbook ***I'm going to cut the recipe in half, and that will still leave enough leftovers for me to have lunch tomorrow.

Tuesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Cowboy Grub with fresh veggies and water to drink (E)
S - (3) leftover Pay-Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Cabb & Saus Skillet and a side salad with Ranch with water to drink (S) pg. 58 in the NEW THM Cookbook

Wednesday:
B - Cottage Banana Whip with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover Cabb & Saus Skillet with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay-Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Lovin' Tex Mex Skillet with lettuce on the side and water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - Egg Salad with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (S) ***See Monday's lunch for instructions.
S - (3) leftover Pay-Off Day Candies with water to drink (S)
D - "Spaghetti" with Meat Sauce and a side salad with Ranch and water to drink (S) ***My family will eat regular pasta, but I will be having zucchini noodles made with this cool gadget called a Troodle. 1-2 medium zucchini are enough to fill me up.

Friday:
B - Strawberry Cheesecake Shake (S) pg. 412 in the NEW THM Cookbook
L - Big salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing on top with water to drink (S)
S - Cheese stick and small handful of almonds with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Grapefruit Bai Bubbles to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM Book

Saturday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and 1 t. THM Super Sweet Blend with water to drink (S)
L - Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with Cider Pop to drink (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the rest for snack tomorrow.
D - out

Sunday:
B - Refreshing Fruity Shake (E)
L - Colorful Lentil Salad with 1 lb. grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts added in with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Taco Salad with cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa on top with water to drink (S)
