Meal Plan Monday: 3/21-3/27/16

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with 2 tsp. THM Gentle Sweet with 2 T. all-natural peanut butter mixed in with water to drink (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the new THM cookbook
S - 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese with strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Taco Salad with cheddar cheese, sour cream water to drink (S) ***Use this recipe for taco seasoning. I'm making 2# of ground beef so we can have leftovers for lunch.

Tuesday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt with mashed strawberries sweetened with THM Super Sweet Blend and 1/4 c. blueberries mixed in with water to drink (E)
L - leftover taco salad with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - celery with peanut butter and water to drink (S)
D - White Chicken Lasagna served over zucchini noodles (over whole wheat pasta for my kids) with water to drink (S) ***To make the zucchini noodles you will need a veggie spiralizer.

Wednesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with blueberries on the side with water to drink (E) *I'm going to substitute black beans for the kidney beans and substituting 4 t. of THM Super Sweet Blend for the stevia powder. Also, this makes 8 servings so I will eat it 3 days for lunch and my kids I'm sure will have some too.
S - Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie (E)
D - Out for my son's birthday

Thursday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with blueberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) ***Making a double batch and putting the other half in the freezer for snack for Friday.
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***I'm using frozen broccoli instead of fresh.

Friday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with 1 t. THM Super Sweet Blend and 2 T. all-natural peanut butter mixed in with water to drink (S)
L - leftover 2 Bean Zucchini Salad with blueberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip (FP)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies and Cherry Cola Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the old THM book

Saturday:
B - Go Bananas! Shake (E) *I'm substituting 1 tsp. of peanut butter for the peanut flour.
L - out
S - celery with peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Grilled Chicken with Crunchy & Tangy Bacon Coleslaw and steamed broccoli with water to drink (S) **I'm using frozen broccoli

Sunday:
B - Strawberry Lemon Green Smoothie (FP)
L - Easter Meal - ham, roasted vegetables, green beans with butter and salad with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - 1 oz cheddar cheese and fresh veggies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - leftovers from lunch with water to drink (S)

B - (2) Mufflets and strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S) pg. 237 in the NEW THM Cookbook, this recipe is enough to feed my family of 6 for two breakfasts
L - leftover Trim Zuppa Toscana (from Sunday) with water to drink (S) pg. 86 in the NEW THM Cookbook. The ingredients are NOT listed on the shopping list.
S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 381 in the NEW THM Cookbook, this will make enough for 4 days of snacks.
D - Egg Roll in a Bowl with water to drink (S)

Tuesday:
B - (2) leftover Mufflets and strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Very Berry Salad with Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette with water to drink (S) ***This will make 4 lunches for me.
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Zesty Salsa Chicken & Black Bean Casserole with water to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Berry Lemon Shake (FP)
L - leftover Very Berry Salad with Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Colorado White Chili with In a Jiffy Corn Muffins water to drink (E) ***The corn muffins use THM Baking Blend, so if you don't have that, feel free to change it up with a different E side dish.

Thursday:
B - Caramel Apple Smoothie (E)
L - leftover Very Berry Salad with Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette with water to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Jalapeno Chicken Bacon Chowder with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - Reese Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - leftover Very Berry Salad with Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette with water to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the other half tomorrow.
D - We are headed to a get together and I'm bringing Supreme Pizza Party Dip with fresh veggies on the side (S) ***I'm omitting the mushrooms because my family doesn't care for them.

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter with strawberries on the side with water to drink (S)
L - out
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Lovin' Tex Mex Skillet with lettuce on the side with Cider Pop to drink (E)

Sunday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Waldorf Cottage Cheese Salad with Cider Pop to drink (E) pg. 190 in the NEW THM Cookbook
S - cheddar cheese cubes with fresh veggies and water to drink (S)
D - Loaded Cauliflower & Chicken Casserole with a side salad and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)

L - Salad with deli ham, cheddar cheese and Ranch with water to drink (S)
S - Sugar Free Lemonade Frosty (FP)
D - Trim Mac Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 181 in the NEW THM Cookbook, I'm cutting the recipe in half. I'm omitting the sesame seeds because I don't have any on hand.

Tuesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs and the other 1/2 of a Dannon 000 Yogurt with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Loaded Fotato Soup with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 117 in the NEW THM Cookbook ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the other half for lunch tomorrow.
S - handful of almonds with strawberries and water to drink (S)
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry served over brown rice with water to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Loaded Fotato Soup with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese and strawberries with water to drink (FP)
D - Fiesta Quinoa Chicken Skillet with lettuce on the side with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Orange Creamsicle Shake (S) pg. 409 in the NEW THM Cookbook
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM Cookbook
S - string cheese with 10 slices of turkey pepperoni with water to drink (S)
D - Loaded Buffalo Chicken No-tato Casserole and a small side salad with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Peppermint tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Loaded Buffalo Chicken Casserole and a side salad with water to drink (S)
S -  1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese and strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. all-natural peanut butter and 1 T. THM Gentle Sweet with water to drink (S)
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - Berry Lemon Shake (FP) 
D - Paprika Chicken with 1/4 c. of brown rice and steamed broccoli on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S Helper) ***1/4 of brown rice is your individual serving, make enough for your family.

Sunday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. all-natural peanut butter and 1 T. THM Gentle Sweet with Peppermint tea to drink (S)
L - Baked Spaghetti Zoodle Casserole with broccoli on the side with water to drink (S) ***Use this tool to make the zoodles. I will be using frozen broccoli and steaming it.
S - string cheese with 10 slices of turkey pepperoni with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Lentil Soup with small side salad dressed with red wine vinegar and water to drink (E) pg. 89 in the NEW THM Cookbook
