Meal Plan Monday: 2/22-2/28/16

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) Mufflets on are pg. 237 in the NEW THM cookbook and the Winter Wonderland Sip is on pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook. **This recipe will serve my family of 6 for two breakfasts.
L - Quinoa Salad with a can of black beans added in with water to drink (E) pg. 232 in the NEW THM cookbook. **I'm making half the recipe and this will feed me for 3 meals.
S - Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Ground Beef Taco Meat over lettuce and topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese and on-plan salsa with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Tuesday:
B - (2) leftover Mufflets with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Easy Crock Pot Lentil Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***I'm omitting the chicken breast.

Wednesday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover Quinoa Salad with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce over zucchini noodles and a small side salad dressed with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) You can make zucchini noodles using this gadget, or one similar. **Only I will be eating zucchini noodles. My husband and kids will be eating regular spaghetti noodles. Regular spaghetti noodles are NOT included on the shopping list.

Thursday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook and pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with water to drink (S)
D - Copycat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***omit the pasta or use Dreamfield's and use only 1 T. of oil

Friday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with water to drink (E)
S - leftover Pumpkin Muffin with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and Zevia Cola to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) leftover Pumpkin Muffins with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Cheese Quesadilla on a low-carb tortilla with a small side salad with Ranch dressing and water to drink (S)
S - celery and peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - out

Sunday:
B - Dannon 000 Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a chopped apple and cinnamon mixed in with a Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (E)
L - Sandwich wrap made with a low-carb tortilla, deli ham, cheddar cheese, mustard, mayo, lettuce and onion with fresh veggies and strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - celery and peanut butter with water to drink (S)
D - Lovin' Tex Mex Skillet with water to drink (E) ***I'm adding a drained can of corn.

Monday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and sweetened with 1 t. Sweet Blend with water to drink (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook or pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with water to drink (S) pg. 381 in the NEW THM cookbook
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry with water to drink (E)

Tuesday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and sweetened with 1 t. Sweet Blend with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Sriracha Egg Salad with fresh veggies and Cider Pop to drink (S) ***I'm doing 4 eggs (so multiply the ingredients by 4) and it will make enough for a full lunch for two days. I'm omitting the yellow curry powder because I don't have any on hand.
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with water to drink (S)
D - Lentil Soup with water to drink (E) pg. 89 in the NEW THM cookbook. I'm cutting this recipe in half, because it makes enough for one meal for my family of 6. I also, add 1 large carrot and a celery stalk to the recipe.

Wednesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Sriracha Egg Salad with fresh veggies and Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with water to drink (S)
D - Southwest Chicken in a Crock Pot with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in coconut oil with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Southwest Chicken in a Crock Pot with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with water to drink (S)
D - Bacon Chicken Ranch Casserole with a side salad with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Swirl with water to drink (E) pg. 250 in the OLD THM book
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs dressed with Ranch and water to drink (S)
S - small handful of almonds and a few strawberries with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and a Bai5 Bubbles Grapefruit to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in coconut oil with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - out
S - cheese stick and small handful of almonds with water to drink (S)
D - Taco Salad made with ground beef and taco seasoning, 1/4 c. of Spanish Brown Rice, sour cream, lettuce and cheddar cheese with water to drink (S Helper) My kids and husband eat this as a crossover.

Sunday:
B - Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie (E)
L - Trim Zuppa Toscana Soup with water to drink (S) pg. 86 in the NEW THM cookbook I'm going to cut this recipe in half.
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - leftover taco salad or Trim Zuppa Toscana Soup with water to drink (S)

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with 1/2 000 Strawberry Greek Yogurt with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in NEW THM cookbook, pg. 292 in old THM book
S - cheese stick and small handful of almonds with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Cowboy Grub with water to drink (E) pg. 59 in the new cookbook ***I only use 1# of meat in this instead of 2 and replace it with an additional can of pinto beans. I find that my family doesn't even notice the difference. I keep the rest of the recipe the same.

Tuesday:
B - Snickers Hot Chocolate with 1/2 000 Strawberry Greek Yogurt (S)
L - Egg salad with fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) ***To make egg salad I just dice up 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, mix in 2 T. mayo and a couple of squirts of mustard and stir it up. Add some salt & pepper and it's perfection!
S - 1/2 apple with 2 T. peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S Helper)
D - Barbacoa Beef on top of lettuce, cheddar cheese and sour cream with water to drink (S)

Wednesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Barbacoa Beef on top of lettuce, cheddar cheese and sour cream with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - Vanilla 000 Greek Yogurt mixed with 1/4 c. blueberries with water to drink (E)
D - Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Strawberry Big Boy Smoothie (S) pg. 414 in the new THM cookbook, in the old THM book this smoothie is called Big Boy Smoothie on pg. 242
L - leftover Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - cheese stick and small handful of almonds with water to drink (S)
D - Egg Roll in a Bowl with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)
L - Salad with two hard-boiled eggs dressed with on-plan Ranch with water to drink (S)
S - Cottage Berry Whip (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the other half for snack tomorrow.
D - Pizza Casserole in the crock pot with fresh veggies to eat and Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S)

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with fresh strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - deli turkey on a low-carb tortilla filled with lettuce, onion and mustard with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Zesty Salsa Chicken & Black Bean Casserole with small side salad and dressed with red wine vinegar water to drink (E) ***I'm omitting  the chicken and adding an additional can of black beans.

Sunday:
B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter sweetened with 1 T. THM Gentle Sweet with water to drink (S)
L - Out to eat
S - cheese stick and small handful of almonds with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Italian White Bean and Spinach Soup with water to drink (E)

L - Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E) ***This will feed my whole family.
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Simply Delicious Grilled Chicken with green beans with a pat of butter and broccoli with water to drink (S) ***I'm using frozen green beans and broccoli.

Tuesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Hearty Two Bean and Lentil Chili with water to drink (E)
S - 1/2 of an avocado with 1/2 c. cottage cheese and bell peppers with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas with side salad with oil and red wine vinegar with water to drink (S)

Wednesday:
B - Thin Mint Shake (S)
L - Rice and Beans with side salad with a splash of red wine vinegar with water to drink (E) ***This will feed my whole family
S - Lemonade Frosty (FP)
D -  Spaghetti with meat sauce and a small side salad with Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) ***My noodles will be zucchini noodles. I use this gadget to make the zucchini noodles. Typically 1 med-large zucchini is enough to feed me. You could use Dreamfield's pasta as well. My family will eat whole-grain pasta.

Thursday:
B - Going Bananas Shake (E)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies on the side with water drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM Cookbook
S - 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese with strawberries on the side with Sweet and Spicy Tea to drink (FP) 
D - Taco Salad - taco meat on top of lettuce and topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs cooked in butter with strawberries on the side and Sweet and Spicy Tea to drink (S)
L - BLT Wrap - (2) pieces of bacon, some lettuce, tomato and Ranch dressing on a low-carb tortilla with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt with 2 T. peanut butter and 1 T. THM Gentle Sweet mixed in with water to drink (S)
D -  Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies and an Orange Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 I the old THM book

Saturday:
B - Crustless Quiche with Sweet and Spicy Tea to drink (S) ***This will feed my whole family.
L - leftover beans and rice from Wednesday with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (E)
S - Peanut Butter Whip with water to drink (S)
D - Jalapeno Burger with Sriracha Burger Sauce on top of a bed of lettuce with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - Berry Lemon Shake (FP) ***Leave out the cream cheese.
L - out
S - Snickers Hot Chocolate (S)
D - We are headed to a Superbowl party. I'm bringing this Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip and will serve it with fresh veggies. (S)
