Meal Plan Monday: 11/2-11/8/15

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with ham and cheddar cheese mixed in with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook
L - salad with leftover grilled chicken (from the weekend), 1/2 of an avocado and dressed with red wine vinegar and olive oil with water to drink (S)
S - 1/2 an apple with 2 T. peanut butter with water to drink (S Helper)
D - out

Tuesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - salad with leftover grilled chicken (from the weekend), 1/2 of an avocado and dressed with red wine vinegar and olive oil with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - (2) peanut butter cups with water to drink (S)
D - Sweet & Spicy stir-fry over brown rice with water to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Strawberry Cheesecake Shake (S) pg. 412 in the NEW THM cookbook
L - Italian White Bean & Spinach Soup with water to drink (E) ***This will serve my whole family.
S - (2) leftover peanut butter cups with water to drink (S)
D - White Chicken Lasagna Soup with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Thursday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with ham and cheddar cheese mixed in with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook
L - leftover White Chicken Lasagna Soup with water to drink (S)
S - (2) leftover peanut butter cups with water to drink (S)
D - Lentil Soup for the Soul with water to drink (E)

Friday:
B - Dannon Vanilla 000 Greek Yogurt with 1/2 an apple mixed in with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover Lentil Soup for the Soul with water to drink (E)
S - (2) leftover peanut butter cups with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with cut up fresh veggies on the side with Peru Pineapple Bai5 Bubbles to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with ham and cheddar cheese mixed in with Winter Wonderland Sip to drink (S) pg. 405 in the NEW THM cookbook
L - 1/2 recipe of the High Protein Mediterranean Power Salad with water to drink (E) ***The full recipes is HUGE, so I'm making a half recipe and that will feed myself and my 2 girls for two meals.  I do not have any flax oil, so I use all olive oil.
S - (2) leftover peanut butter cups with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Chili con Carne with water to drink (S)

Sunday:
B - Dannon Vanilla 000 Greek Yogurt with 1/2 an apple mixed in with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (E)
L - leftover High Protein Mediterranean Power Salad with water to drink (E)
S - celery with peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - leftover Chili con Carne with water to drink (S)
