Meal Plan Monday: 11/16-11/22/15

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup and fresh veggies with water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook and pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will freeze the other half for snack tomorrow.
D - Taco Salad topped with enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese and sour cream with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Tuesday:
B - 1/2 c. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and 2 t. of THM Gentle Sweet with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Taco Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)
D - Fakertot Casserole and a side salad dressed with Ranch dressing and water to drink (S) ***Use xanthan gum to keep it as no special ingredients.

Wednesday:
B - 1/2 c. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with a chopped apple, THM Gentle Sweet and cinnamon to taste with water to drink (E)
L - Black Bean Dump Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E) ***This will feed my family of 6.
S - celery with peanut butter with water to drink (S)
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce served over Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with a side salad dressed with Ranch and water to drink (S) ***My kids will eat their spaghetti over regular noodles, but this is NOT reflected on the shopping list. You can make zoodles with this gadget.

Thursday:
B - 1/2 c. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and 2 t. THM Gentle Sweet and water to drink (S)
L - leftover spaghetti with zoodles and Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - 1 oz. cheddar cheese with strawberries and water to drink (S)
D - Quinoa Goes Cajun with water to drink (E) pg. 69 in the NEW THM cookbook

Friday:
B - I have a potluck breakfast with my Bible Study
L - leftover Quinoa Goes Cajun with water to drink (E)
S - celery with peanut butter with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Grapefruit Bai5 Bubbles to drink (S)

Saturday:
B - Cheddar, Bacon and Veggie Frittata with water to drink (S) ***This will feed my family of 6.
L - out to eat
S - Peanut Butter Whip with water to drink (S)
D - Lovin' Tex Mex Skillet with lettuce on the side and topped with a dollop of 0% Plain Greek Yogurt with Cider Pop to drink (E)

Sunday:
B - 1/2 c. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with a chopped apple, cinnamon and THM Gentle Sweet to taste with water to drink (E)
L - Italian White Bean & Spinach Soup with water to drink (E)
S - 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese with strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (FP)
D - leftovers or a salad with hard-boiled egg, cheddar cheese and Ranch with water to drink (S)
