Meal Plan Monday: 10/19-10/25/15

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Jalapeno Chicken Bacon Chowder from last week with water to drink (S) ***The ingredients for this meal are NOT included in the shopping list because it was a leftover.
S - (3) Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 381 of the NEW THM Cookbook
D - Lovin' Tex Mex Skillet with a lettuce and tomatoes on the side with water to drink (E)

Tuesday:
B - (2) Mufflets with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S) pg. 237 in the NEW THM Cookbook. This recipe is enough to serve my whole family for two breakfasts.
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies on the side and water to drink (S) pg. 112 in the NEW THM cookbook, or pg. 292 in the OLD THM book
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Egg Roll in a Bowl with water to drink (S)

Wednesday:
B - (2) leftover Mufflets with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs and Ranch dressing with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with water to drink (S)
D - Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with water to drink (E) pg. 100 in the NEW THM Cookbook

Thursday:
B - Vanilla Dannon 000 Yogurt mixed with an apple and cinnamon with water to drink (E)
L - leftover Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with water to drink (E)
S - (3) leftover Pay Off Day Candies with Cider Pop (S)
D - Grilled Chicken, Loaded Cauliflower Casserole and a side salad with Ranch with water to drink (S)

Friday:
B - Thin Mint Shake (S)
L - Bacon Tomato Cucumber Salad with strawberries on the side and water to drink (S) ***Use this gadget to make your cucumber ribbons.
S - celery with peanut butter and Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327 in the OLD THM book

Saturday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with (2) pieces of bacon and water to drink (S)
L - Deli ham with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato on a low-carb tortilla and strawberries on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - cheese stick and small handful of peanuts with water to drink (S)
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry over brown rice with water to drink (E)

Sunday:
B - Caramel Apple Smoothie (E)
L - Out
S - Vanilla Dannon 000 Yogurt
D - Mexican Night at our Small Group. I'm bringing 1# of taco meat and also some toppings. I'm going to make a taco salad. This night will be much easier for me to stay on plan than others.
