Meal Plan Monday: 8/17-8/23/15

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs and 1/2 of a Dannon 000 Yogurt with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - leftover Taco Salad (from Saturday) topped with cheese and sour cream with water to drink (S) ***The ingredients are NOT accounted for in this shopping list since they are from last week.***
S - Sugar Free Lemonade Frosty (FP)
D - Big Mac Salad with Cider Pop to drink (S)

Tuesday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs and the other 1/2 of a Dannon 000 Yogurt with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)
L - Loaded Fotato Soup with Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 294 ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the other half for lunch tomorrow.
S - handful of almonds with strawberries and water to drink (S)
D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry with water to drink (E)

Wednesday:
B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)
L - leftover Loaded Fotato Soup with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)
S - 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese and strawberries with water to drink (FP)
D - Fiesta Quinoa Chicken Skillet with lettuce on the side with water to drink (E)

Thursday:
B - Berritastic Smoothie (S) pg. 248
L - Just Like Campbell's Tomato Soup with fresh veggies on the side and Cider Pop to drink (S) pg. 292
S - string cheese with 10 slices of turkey pepperoni with water to drink (S)
D - Cabbage Rolls with green beans on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 312 ***This makes 14 rolls so there is enough for lunch the next day.

Friday:
B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Peppermint tea to drink (S)
L - (2) leftover Cabbage Rolls with water to drink (S)
S - Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake (FP) ***I use vanilla extract rather than butter extract.
D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side with Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S)

Saturday:
B - Fruity Blend Yogurt with Peppermint tea to drink (E) pg. 251
L - Salad with (2) hard-boiled eggs and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S)
S - Berry Lemon Shake (FP) 
D - Out to celebrate my husband's birthday

Sunday:
B - Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Shake (E) ***Use a wedge of Light Laught Cow Cheese in place of the instant pudding.
L - Baked Spaghetti Zoodle Casserole with broccoli on the side with water to drink (S) ***Use this tool to make the zoodles.
S - string cheese with 10 slices of turkey pepperoni with Cider Pop to drink (S)
D - All Day Lentil or Chana Dahl Soup with small side salad dressed with red wine vinegar and water to drink (E) pg. 311 ***I will be using Chana Dahl.

  1. I have a question for ya.....maybe they are all a bit different but the 000 yogurts I have seen are high carb little to no fat. So I thought they were an "E" not an "S". Are you eating the plain ones maybe?

    And your blog has been most helpful in the meal planning dept over here! THANKS!!

    1. You can have a whole 000 in an E setting and half of one in an S, per THM.
